These are some of the paintings that I am showing. The first one is "Particia" and the other is "Linzi". Great models in our Saturday Drawing class.

"Jessie"

Watercolor on paper, 15"x20"
"Jessie"

I drew this at last weeks Satruday Drawing Class and I just completed adding the watercolor to it. I may put this in the "Figure Show" that is coming in March.

"Hands on Demonstrations"

Oil on canvas, 11"x14"
This was done at the Woodlands Art League "Hands on Demonstrations" last Saturday at the South County Community Center. I painted along with Annie Walker as she demonstrated how to paint glass. Annie was such a wonderful teacher and a I had a great time painting along with her. Mid-day I took a pastel class, (Children's Portraits in Pastel) given by Kim Abatti and learned some great techinques. After that, Susan Hotard demonstrated "Painting Human Features" (nose, eye and mouth). The whole day was a wonderful experience and I was quite inmpressed on how well all the workshops were presented and how informative they were.

Ahhhhhh, another painting of Pete!

We had Pete pose for us again and he was such a joy to paint and hear him  play his sax again.

Two Figures

Charcoal on paper, 18"x24"
It was interesting and a challenge to draw these two models.
Especially with their arms entwined.
